Avocado Cilantro Lime Soup

This soup recipe was derived from the Institute for Functional Medicine and is supposed to be served cold, or gazpacho, but I think it would be equally as delicious hot!


This soup is #ketofriendly and its cilantro content supports heavy metal chelation and detoxification! A super easy, simple recipe guaranteed to make your taste buds dance!


Ingredients:

1 celery stalk

4 leaves of romaine lettuce

1 and 1/2 avocados

1 and 1/2 cups of cubed cucumbers

2 cups water

1/4 cup lime juice (juice from 2 limes)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cumin


Instructions:

Wash and toss all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high until smooth, about 3 minutes!
